Palpitation or Fast heart beat , all you should know ;

Overview : Heart palpitations are feelings of having a fast-beating, fluttering or pounding heart. Stress, exercise, medication or, rarely, a medical condition can trigger them.    Most people get them because of anxiety. Other causes include: pregnancy, caffeine, alcohol or spicy food.  Although heart palpitations can be worrisome, they're usually harmless. Rarely, heart palpitations can be a symptom of a more serious heart condition, such as an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia), that might require treatment. Many people are unaware of minor irregular heartbeats, and even completely healthy people have extra or skipped heartbeats once in a while.  Causes  : Occasional, harmless palpitations can have many causes:         Stress or anxiety Strenuous activity Extreme fatigue Hormonal changes caused by pregnancy, menopause or menstruation Low blood pressure Caffeine Nicotine Alcohol Stimulant medications, including pseudoephedrine (a decong...
